I’m baaaack!!!

Wow I forgot I had a blog - well not true, life has completely gone topsy-turbulent on me. 

Let’s see.....in a nutshell:

• Started a BBQ truck
• Started a dessert truck 
• discovered I had Endometrial Cancer, resulting in a hysterectomy and quarterly check up visits
• Got remarried
• Was just busy with life in general

I’m sure I’ll talk about all of those life events at some point in the future, but I’ve been thinking about restarting up my blog for awhile now.  So here I am, here we are and here we go :-)
